Order Processing
We carefully hand-check and pack each order with love. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items are dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted with your Pod Shop purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personal nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- All cards (including Christmas, Get Well Soon, Celebration, and Forever Friends cards)
- Gift bags that have been used or personalised
All sales of these items are final.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our friendly support team will respond with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number and Returns Authorisation number, and ship it to the address we provide.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timing: We will process your refund within 5 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.
- Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Amount: You will be refunded the value of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologise for the error and arrange for a free return shipping label and a prompt replacement or refund.
