Our returns and exchanges process is designed to be as joyful and straightforward as the celebrations our products are made for.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our friendly support team will respond with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number and Returns Authorisation number, and ship it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Timing: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.
- Amount: You will be refunded the value of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologise for the error and arrange for a free return shipping label and a prompt replacement or refund.
