Shipping and Delivery

What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Handled by DHL or FedEx, delivery takes 10-15 days after dispatch. Ideal for urgent orders.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch. Great for larger orders or planning ahead.
How long does order processing take?
We take 1-2 working days to hand-check and pack your order at our studio in Cardiff before dispatch. Delivery times start from when the parcel leaves us.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some remote locations and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about your area, please contact us before ordering.
Can I track my order?
Yes, both shipping options include full tracking. For Standard Shipping, use DHL or FedEx tracking; for Free Shipping, EMS tracking is provided. You can follow your parcel’s journey right to the doorstep.
